So, I have really been digging this navy polka dot skirt lately. And hot pink is a neon color, right? And the celery cardigan? Well, it just 'goes' ;). Everything is thrifted! I have one more outfit planned for today that's going to be a stretch... but I'm excited to try it!

This or That Summer Challenge Outfit #5
