Well, first thing is first--Today I am featured in Kimberly's Outfit Inspiration Calender for February 25th.

Secondly, this outfit is inspired by a recent color mix from Big Girl, Small Budget, Tiny Town. I really like the combination of the cool purple with the warm coral. I am definitely going to play around with this color scheme more as it gets warmer outside.

I went outside briefly today to run some errands. I like the effect of the two tops. In the future, I'm going to wear this with lighter colored pants and shoes.

P.S. I'm standing in front of my husband's car. My car is far sexier! Ha!

Winter Outfits #1-16

 

So far, I've definitely worn the mustard turtleneck and my jeans the most. I still have some ideas for the turtleneck, too, so expect to see it again soon. The orangey-red dress is a challenge, primarily because it's a stretchy rayon material and likes to ride up. I plan on wearing that one more time, too. Other than that, I see some cool outfits in here.

I can't believe how much wear I am getting out of this bright blue skirt!! I'm starting to miss other things in my wardrobe, however. That, and going shopping! As this blouse is fairly low cut, I put a camisole underneath. Hopefully that's not considered cheating.
